JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff commenced the instant action against the Defendant on 5th February, 2010 per writ of summons together with a statement of claim for the following reliefs:
a) Refund of all salaries being SR3200 per month for 19 months.
b) Interest on the said amount.
c) Damages for breach of confidence.
d) Any other relief the court deems fit.
The Defendant entered appearance on 11th March, 2010 and filed his statement of defence on the same day denying Plaintiff’s claim. Plaintiff filed her reply to the statement of defence on 22nd April, 2010 and went on to file application for directions on 1st June, 2010 in which the following issues were raised:
1. Whether or not the Defendant was Ghana’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia at all material times.
2. Whether or not it was through the Defendant that the Plaintiff got a job with the foreign ministry, to work as a cook in the Embassy of Saudi Arabia.
3. Whether or not the Plaintiff served as a cook in the said office until February, 2009.
