JAMES SHEHU ABIRIYI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The instant application brought by Keystone Bank Limited (Applicant) under Order 7 Rules 1, 2 and 10 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2011, Sections 15 and 24 of the Court of Appeal Act, 2004, Sections 241, 242 and 243 (1) (a) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) and under the inherent jurisdiction of this Court is for the following:

1. An Order for the leave of the Honourable Court to make the Applicant a party in the case being a person having interest in the matter pursuant to Section 243(1) (a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended) with regard to the judgment of the Federal High Court delivered by Olotu J in Suit No. FHC/PH/CS/664/2008 between Johnbosco Ozigbu and Anor. V. Platinum Habib Bank Plc. and 2 Ors. by virtue of the Applicant being the legal entity who assumed the assets and liabilities of Bank PHB Plc (formerly known as Platinum Habib Bank Plc.).
