JUDGMENT
On the 29th of July, 2016, the Plaintiff herein issued a writ of summons with its accompanying statement of claim seeking the following reliefs;
1. Declaration of Title to ALL THAT piece or parcel of land described in the statement of claim.
2. An order directed at the 1st Defendant to refund all monies received from the Plaintiff through its sister educational institution –LEADING STARS SCHOOL
3. Recovery of Possession.
4. Damages for Trespass
5. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their agents, assigns and cohorts from interfering (sic) the Plaintiff’s quite (sic) enjoyment.
This suit initially commenced as;
