TANI YUSUF HASSAN, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Federal Capital Territory delivered on the 14th day of November, 2012 in Suit No. FCT/HC/CV/945/2011, by Hon. Justice A. M. Talba.
The appellant as plaintiff at the Lower Court, by an Amended statement of claim dated 20th day of February, 2011, claims against the respondents as defendants therein as follows:
