J U D G M E N T
The Plaintiffs sued their former employer, the Defendant herein for the following reliefs:
“i. A declaration that the Defendant is required to pay 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th Plaintiffs for further sum of three (3) months’ salary for year of employment with Defendant as redundancy benefits.
ii. A declaration that Defendant purported letter of redundancy to 12th Plaintiff dated the 12th day of October, 2007 is null and void.
Or in the alternate
iii. A declaration that Defendant is required to pay 12th Plaintiff the two (2) months’ salary for each year of employment with Defendant.
iv. An order that the payment of the three (3) months’ salary for each of year of employment by 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th 10th and 11th Plaintiff with Defendant using the prevailing salaries at the time of judgment.
v. General damages for wrongfully declaring 12th Plaintiff redundant since October, 2007.
