JUDGMENT

AGBEVEY, J.

The parties who are Ghanaians, were married on the 16th day of February  2002, under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) at the Christ Presbyterian Church, Adentan, Accra. Prior to the marriage, the parties had  married under Akan customary law at Asokwa, Kumasi in or about 1985. There  are four (4) issues of the marriage who are all adults. The Petitioner is a trader  and the Respondent is self-employed. 

Per a petition filed on the 4th day of September 2015, on grounds of the  adultery of the Respondent, the Petitioner is seeking reliefs as follows: 

a) The dissolution of the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent.

b) Such further or other orders as this Honourable Court will consider just.

c) An order directed at the Respondent to pay the Petitioner her costs in this  case.

The Respondent filed an Answer and cross petition which was subsequently  discontinued.
