By a writ of summons issued in the registry of the court, the Plaintiff herein seeks the judicial reliefs listed here below:
a) Declaration of title to all that piece and parcel of land situate lying and being at AMANFRO NEAR ASHIYIE WITHIN THE NUNGUATRADITIONAL AREA – ACCRA containing an approximate areaof 9.410 Acres or 3.811 Hectares and bounded on a bearing of 30°28” to a distance of 139.6 feet on a bearing of 99°54” to a distance of 420 feet on a bearing of 185.0 feet on a bearing of 84°01” to a distance of 572.7 feet on a bearing of 196°20” to a distance of 178 feet on a bearing of 263°28” to a distance of 135.3 feet on a bearing of 303°30” to a distance of 105.2 feet on a bearing of 202°30” to a distance of 95.1 feet on a bearing of 268°28” to a distance of 459.4 feet on a bearing of 293°49” which property plaintiff acquired title by an assignment from one Mr. OtooAfotey of Accra on the 17th day of February 2002.
