JUDGMENT
The facts of the case in brief are that on the 10th of August, 2011, the Plaintiff (now the Defendant to the counterclaim) per her Lawful Attorney, caused a writ to be issued against the Defendants claiming the following reliefs;
a) Declaration that Defendants herein are allowed to go and reside in the portion of the house at Medie belonging to Plaintiff and the late Baffour Bawuah Afriyie, her deceased former husband.
b) Declaration that house No. 29, A.Lang, Kwashieman is the self-acquired property of the Plaintiff herein.
c) Declaration that the Defendants herein are licensees and not tenants residing in the house in dispute at the pleasure of the Plaintiff herein.
d) Declaration that the Plaintiff herein is responsible for the maintenance of the house in dispute and payment of property rates, electricity and water bills.
e) Declaration that Plaintiff and the late Mr. Baffour Bawuah Afriyie are joint owners of the landed property located at Medie being used as a Wo…
