MASSOUD ABDULRAHMAN OREDOLA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Customary Court of Appeal, Imo State, coram: Hon. Justice F. C. Abosi, J., Presiding Judge; Hon. Justice M. E. Njoku, J., and Hon. Justice V. U. Okorie J., (hereinafter referred to as the lower Court and learned Justices of the lower Court, respectively).
