FABIYI, JCA(Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the ruling handed out by Abutu, J., sitting at the Federal High Court, Enugu on l8th May, 1995.
The claims of the plaintiff/respondent at the trial court can be found inparq;raph 12 of the writ of suininons initiated on his behalf. Though they appear legion, it is desirable to set them out to facilitate a due appraisal of the points in contention in this appeal. They read thus:-
