JUDGMENT
AGBEVEY, J.
By a Petition filed on the 21st day of January 2016, the petitioner is seeking the following reliefs against the Respondent:
a. An order for the lump sum payment of Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢50,000) by the Respondent to the Petitioner.
b. An order granting full custody of the two issues of the marriage to the Petitioner with the Respondent having reasonable access.
c. An order compelling the Respondent to pay three thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢3,000) per month in child support.
d. Cost on full indemnity basis.
e. Any other order that this honourable court may deem fit.
The Respondent filed an Answer on the 11th of February 2016 in which he consents to the grant of a decree of divorce on the grounds that the marriage has broken down beyond reconciliation.
At the hearing the witness statement of the petitioner was adopted as her evidence in-chief. She stated per her witness statement that she and the Respondent got married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (19…
