DZAMEFE, JA

Plaintiffs/respondents claim against the defendants jointly and severally for declaration that plaintiff is the owner of land described in the schedule attached to the statement of claim. He also claimed for perpetual injunction restraining the defendants and their agents, servants and assigns from interfering with the land and lastly damages for trespass.

In his statement of claim, the plaintiff averred he is a Ghanaian and a police officer while the defendant is a businesswoman. 2nd defendant is a mechanic who has trespassed onto his land described in the schedule attached.

Plaintiff said he acquired the land, the subject matter in the year 2010 from one Arthur Hammond Tetteh Quarcoo who is the head and lawful representative of the Onamrokor Adain family of Accra, with the consent and concurrence of the principal members of the said family.
