PAUL ADAMU GALINJE J. C. A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Appellant's claims as endorsed on the writ of summons dated and filed on the 27th day of October 1993, at the lower Court are as follows: -
"The plaintiffs claim is for: -
(a) A declaration that the plaintiffs purported termination of appointment by the defendant by a letter reference P/61/172 dated 26/10/92 is null, void and of no effect.
(b) A declaration that the plaintiff is still in the employment of the defendant - Joint Admission and Matriculation Board.
(c) An order directing the defendant to reinstate the plaintiff to his status and position without prejudice to any entitlements and promotions which might have accrued to him during the period of his termination.
(d) A perpetual injunction restraining the defendant their (sic) servants and/or agents from further interfering with the plaintiffs performance of his functions and duties from enjoying any rights, privileges and benefits attached to his office.
