AMAIZU, JCA.: (Delivering the Leading Judgment) In this suit, which emanated from the Akure High Court, Akure Judicial Division, the plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as the Respondents) claimed against the defendants (hereinafter referred to as the appellants) in the following terms -
