JUDGMENT

FRANCIS KOFFIE, J.A.

1. The challenge before this court in this appeal is to the  decision/judgment of the High Court, Accra dated 15th January, 2019.

2. The said judgment essentially dismissed the Plaintiffs/Appellants  (hereinafter called the Plaintiffs) claims and/or the reliefs set out in the  indorsement to the amended writ of summons and granted the  respective counterclaims of the 1stto 3rd Defendants /Respondents on the one part and the 4th Defendant/Respondent on the other part. For  brevity the Defendants/Respondents will be referred to, in this  judgment, as Defendants. 

3. It is the contention of the Plaintiffs, in this appeal, as can be gleaned  from the grounds stated in the amended notice of appeal, filed pursuant  to leave thus; 

(i) The judgment is against the weight of evidence. 

(ii) The trial judge erred in law and fact when she  nullified the Land Certificate of the Plaintiff on the basis that  consent was not sought from the 4th Defendant before the grant  of …
