LOKULO-SODIPE JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The orders which the applicants seek in the motion dated 27 September 2007 filed on 28 September 2007 are: “1. An order extending the time within which to apply for leave to appeal against the ruling of Honourable Justice S.C. Orji delivered on 12 June 2007 in suit No. FCf/HC/CV/416/2007.

An order granting leave to the appellants/applicants to appeal.

An order extending the time within which to appeal.

An order extending the time within which to file the notice of appeal. An order deeming the attached notice of appeal as duly filed and served.”

The motion was moved on 15 May 2008. Learned counsel for the applicants, Miss. K.P. Binga moved the motion pursuant to Order 10, rule 1 of the extant rules of this court.
