JUDGMENT
ABODAKPI, J.
This application has been filed on 24/02/2017, the joint affidavit in support has been made by Eziuche Nwosu and Lilian Nwosu, parents and next friends of their daughter who was pupil of ARISTOLAND MONTESSORI CENTRE, Nungua, Accra. On 02/11/2017 an amended motion was filed.
The 1st Respondent - Madam Mitzi Zormelo and 2nd Respondent Samuel Arhin, are proprietress and teacher of the institution afore mentioned respectively. The complaints of the applicants are about alleged inhuman degrading treatment, and discrimination suffered by their child, in the hands of the Respondents.
The reliefs sought are declaration that acts of cruel, inhuman, degrading and discriminatory treatment of the child of applicants had occurred. The applicants are also demanding damages or compensation for violation of fundamental human rights of their child. On 18/01/2018, a supplementary affidavit was also filed.
