<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>TANI YUSUF HASSAN, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): </strong>This appeal arose from the judgment of High Court of Borno State, sitting in Maiduguri, delivered on the 26th day of June, 2018 by Honourable Justice M. S.
