UGOCHUKWU ANTHONY OGAKWU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): The Appellants are staff of the 1st Respondent. A visitation panel was set up in respect of the affairs of the 1st Respondent. The panel submitted its report, and a White Paper was issued by the visitor, requiring implementation by the 1st Respondent. It is the manner in which the 1st Respondent effected the White Paper as it affected the Appellants that spawned the action that led to this appeal. 

The Appellants were the Claimants in the action before the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Maiduguri Judicial Division in SUIT NO. NICN/MAID/01/2014: USMAN N. MONGUNO & ORS. vs. THE NIGERIA ARABIC LANGUAGE VILLAGE, NGALA & ORS. The Appellants claimed the following reliefs:
