JUDGMENT
ASARE-BOTWE (MRS.), J.
On the 9th of September, 2016, the Plaintiff herein issued a writ of summons with its accompanying statement of claim seeking the following reliefs;
1. A declaration that Plaintiff is the lawful owner of the parcel of land described as: “ALL THAT piece of land known as Plot No. 6 and containing an approximate area of 0.41 acre situate at Airport West Residential Area in the City of Accra in the Eastern Region (Now Greater Accra Region) of the Republic of Ghana lying the couth of the Accra- Tema Motorway and to the North of Dzorwulu stream and bounded on the North-West by open space, on the North-East by Plot No. 7, on the South East by an unnamed road and on the South-West by Plot No. 5 which piece of land is more particularly delineated on Plan No. LD 8455/58415 attached thereto and shown edged pink.
2. A declaration that Plaintiff has never at any time secured any loan facility from 1st and 2nd Defendants to purchase three excavators as Plaintiff h…
