JUDGMENT
ASARE-BOTWE (MRS.), J.
On the 22nd of December, 2010, this matter commenced with the issuance of a petition by the petitioner on which she sought the following;
i) That the marriage between her and the Respondent be dissolved;
ii) Custody of the child of the marriage;
iii) Payment of regular maintenance for both the Petitioner and the child of the marriage;
iv) Lump sum alimony.
v) A declaration that the matrimonial property House No. 306, Mandela and the Chicos Restaurant are jointly owned by the parties;
vi) An order of this Honourable Court for the Petitioner and the child of the marriage to continue to reside in the matrimonial home at Mandela;
vii) An order of injunction restraining the Respondent whether by himself, his servants, agents or assigns from ever ejecting or attempting to eject the Petitioner and the child of the marriage from the matrimonial home H/No. 306, Mandela;
viii) That the Respondent be mulcted in costs for being responsible for the breakdown …
