<p class="ql-align-center">JUDGMENT OF THE COURT</p><p class="ql-align-justify">The arbitration proceedings were conducted by an Acting Chief instead of the District Officer as per the Order of the Court. The proceedings are therefore a nullity and there is no valid award.
