Judgement

JUDGMENT 

Nana Adwoa Danquah (hereinafter called the Petitioner) and Magnus Rex Danquah ( hereinafter called the Respondent) were married under the Ordinance (Cap 127) ( 1951 Rev.) at the Royal House Chapel, Accra on the 9th day of February, 2007. The parties had contracted a customary marriage three years prior to this Ordinance marriage.  

The petitioner is a Marketing Consultant and the Respondent is a Sports Marketing Consultant. The marriage did not produce an issue.  

The Respondent however, has seven children from four previous marriages plus two children from other relationships. The parties are Ghanaians residing in the country. The petitioner filed this Petition on the 22nd day of December, 2015  praying the court for an order; 

a) Dissolving the Ordinance Marriage contracted on 9th February, 2007 between the parties herein at the Royal House Chapel, Accra as having broken down beyond reconciliation.
