JUDGMENT

ASUMAN-ADU, J.

The Plaintiff who is a Ghanaian ordinarily resident in the United States of America commenced the instant action per his lawful Attorney, Adu Bediako on 12th August, 2009 against the Defendants, jointly and severally for the following reliefs:

i. Declaration of title to all that plot of land more particularly described in paragraph 2 of the Statement of Claim;

ii. Recovery of possession;

iii. An order of perpetual injunction;

iv. An order of specific performance directed to the 1st Defendant to execute a corrective Deed of lease with accompanying site plans in conformity with the true physical description of the demised land on ground;

v. General damages.

Defendants per their counsel entered appearance on 24th August, 2009 and went on to file their statement of defence on 11th September, 2009 denying the claim of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff filed a reply to the statement of defence and an application for directions on 2nd November, 2009. No additional issues were fileโ€ฆ
