JUDGMENT

ASUMAN-ADU, J.

The Plaintiff who is a Ghanaian ordinarily resident in the United States of America commenced the instant action per his lawful Attorney, Adu Bediako on 12^th August, 2009 against the Defendants, jointly and severally for the following reliefs:

i. Declaration of title to all that plot of land more particularly described in paragraph 2 of the Statement of Claim;

ii. Recovery of possession;

iii. An order of perpetual injunction;

iv. An order of specific performance directed to the 1^st Defendant to execute a corrective Deed of lease with accompanying site plans in conformity with the true physical description of the demised land on ground;

v. General damages.

Defendants per their counsel entered appearance on 24^th August, 2009 and went on to file their statement of defence on 11^th September, 2009 denying the claim of the Plaintiff.
