JUDGMENT
ASARE-BOTWE (MRS.), J.
The Plaintiff commenced this suit with the issuance of a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim on the 9th of August, 2017, seeking the following reliefs;
a. A declaration that ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND situate, lying and being at West-Pobiman near Sapeiman in the Ga West District of the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana and containing an approximate area of 0.16 Acre or 0.06 hectare more or less and bounded on the North-West by proposed road measuring 69.8 feet more or less on the Siuth-East by Lessor’s land measuring 73.8 feet more or less on the North-East by Lessor’s land measuring 99.5 feet more or less on the South-west by proposed lane measuring 99.6 feet more or less is the bona fide property of Plaintiff’s wife, Salomey Afriyie.
