Judgement

ELFRIEDA O. WILLIAMS-DAWODU, JCA. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Judgment of the National Industrial Court, Abuja, delivered on March 4th 2020 by Hon. Justice B. B. Kanyip, by the Appellant (the Claimant at the Court below) wherein his case against the Respondents (the 1st and 2nd Defendants at the Court below) was dismissed for lack of proof. The Forty (40) other Respondents (Defendants) at the Court below were joined pursuant to their application to the Suit.

Being dissatisfied with the decision of the Court the Appellant has approached this Court with his amended Notice and Eleven {11} Grounds of Appeal filed February 8th 2022 and deemed as properly filed and served on February 24th 2022 seeking the following reliefs:

i. An order allowing this appeal and setting aside the judgment of the lower court which dismissed the Appellant's case.

ii. In its place, an order granting the claims of the Appellant/Claimant in its entirety.
