Judgement

MUHAMMAD JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This appeal A emanates from court 1 of the High Court of Justice, FCT; Abuja (lower court). The claim of the plaintiff reads as follows:

“WHEREOF the plaintiff claims against the defendant The sum of N69,241,145 (sixty nine million, two hundred and forty one thousand, one hundred and forty five naira) being outstanding Commission owed and unpaid to the plaintiff by the defendant on insurance brokerage for pension schemes of:

Federal Ministry of Water Resources ; Federal Ministry of Science and Technology; and Federal Ministry of Health.
