Judgement

ONALAJA, J.C.A (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The applicant brought this application which gave rise to this ruling under Section 243(a) Constitution of Nigeria 1999, Order 3, Rule 4(1) Court of Appeal Rules, Order 1 Rules 20(1) and 22 Court of Appeal Rules wherein it sought the following orders:-

“(i) Extension of time for the Applicant to apply for leave to appeal as Party Interested against the judgment delivered against the Defendant/Debtor in this appeal on 12th November, 1996.
(ii) Leave to appeal as an Interested Party against the said judgment;
(iii) Enlargement of time within which to appeal against the said judgment;
(iv) Leave to file Notice of Appeal against the judgment of the trial Court delivered on 12th November, 1996 as per Exhibit “A” attached to this application in the Registry of this Honourable Court”
