Judgement

RUQAYAT OREMEI AYOOLA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the ruling delivered by Hon. Justice I. O. Kasali at the High Court of Lagos State (hereinafter referred to as “the Lower Court”) in Suit No. LD/481/2013 on the 27th day of October, 2016. In the said Ruling, the Learned Trial Judge granted the reliefs sought by the 1st – 5th Respondents (as Plaintiffs) in their application, as prayed, on the basis that the grant thereof would be beneficial to both parties pending the determination of the substantive suit.

The 1st – 5th Respondents, by a Motion on Notice dated 23/11/2015 and filed 24/11/2015, sought from the Lower Court the following reliefs against the Appellant (as Defendant), namely:
