UWABUNKEONYE ONWOSI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, sitting at Lagos Judicial Division delivered by HON. JUSTICE M.S. HASSAN on the 14th of February, 2017 in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/1179/2016. The lower Court on 14th of February, 2017 dismissed the Appellant’s originating motion dated 29th August, 2016 on the ground that the post- No Debit Restriction placed on its bank account by the Respondent on the instructions of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) did not amount to a breach of its right to ownership of property as guaranteed under Section 44 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as Amended).
