(Delivering the Lead Ruling): The High Court of Rivers State sitting in Port Harcourt delivered judgment on the 22/12/2010 in the suit brought by the Registered Trustee of Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim, in suit No BHC/46/2003 against the applicants as defendants.

On the 11th April, 2011 the Applicants filed a Motion on Notice for extension of time within which to appeal against the said judgment delivered by Hon. Justice T.S OJI.

On the 10th June, 2014 the said application was struck out at the instance of applicants counsel who felt that the reliefs set out in the motion paper were not properly couched.

The instant application, that is NO CA/PH/584m/2014 filed on the 19th August, 2014 reiterates the same or similar prayers as the previous one that is, for an order:
