RULING

ABODAKPI, J.

The following are the reliefs sought in the motion for interlocutory injunction, filed on 04/07/2018:

(a) An order restraining the defendant from holding himself out as Head of BEDIAKU WE in Appolonia.

(b) An order restraining the defendant from putting up any conduct as to amount to performing or acting the role of head of Bediaku We in Appolonia.

(c) An order restraining defendant from representing the Bediaku We family in any Judicial and quasi-judicial processes until the final determination of this suit.

There is an affidavit in support, and two supplementary affidavits as well in support, with annexures. These annexures are:

(a) EXHIBIT ‘BT2’ - A document on resolution by Kpone Bediaku We, removing Defendant/Respondent as Head of Bediaku We in Kpone, Appolonia.

(b) EXHIBIT ‘BT2A’ – is a Statutory Declaration, made under seal, on removal of Defendant/Respondent as head of Bediaku We in Appolonia.
