SAULAWA JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of Mgbidi High Court, Imo State Coram P. C. Okoli J, in suit No. HOG/34/92 delivered on 09/9/94. In the lower court, the present respondents filed the said suit (for themselves and as representing the members of Umuikegwuonu family of Umuezikwuegu in UmuduruAmiri in Oru Local Government Area of Imo State) against the appellants (for themselves and as representing the members of Umulolonwankwo family of Umuezikegwu in Umuduru in Amiri in Oru Local GovernmentArea of Imo State) seeking the following reliefs:-
