SIDI DAUDA BAGE, JCA (Delivering The Leading Judgment): This is an appeal by the Appellant (1st Defendant in the Lower Court), against the decision of Okunnu J, of the High Court of Lagos State delivered on 24th May, 2011. The learned trial judge dismissed the Appellant's Notice of Preliminary Objection challenging the competence of the information preferred against him and the jurisdiction of the trial court to entertain same.
