EBIOWEI TOBI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the Ogun State High Court delivered on 23/11/2015 by his lordship O.O. Majekodunmi J. The Appellants in this appeal where claimants in the lower Court wherein they claimed to be entitled to certificate of occupancy over the land in dispute which they described as situate and being at Igbo Elere, Arepo, Obafemi/Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State. They also claim for an order of perpetual injunction and for damages. I will now reproduce the claim as in paragraph 50 of the 3rd Amended Statement of Claim.
