MUHAMMAD SUIFULLAHI MUNTAKA-COOMASSIE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): In the High Court of Justice the plaintiff, Alhaji Ishola Are Ogele, claims against the defendant, Alhaji Aileru Dare Saliu, as follows:
