C. IDIGBE, J.S.C.: I agree that there is no merit whatsoever in this appeal. The learned trial Judge adequately considered the facts in this case and the defence of provocation which he quite rightly rejected. This was a brutal case of murder and their Lordships of the Court of Appeal quite rightly rejected the appellant's appeal. My Lords, I too would dismiss this appeal and it is hereby dismissed.
