J U D G M E N T 

Plaintiff herein a Ghanaian ordinarily resident in Holland commenced the instant  action per His Lawful Attorney against the Defendant a Ghanaian resident in  Ghana seeking the following reliefs: 

i. An refund of GH17,700 as amount paid by the Plaintiff to Defendant for two plots of land at Ngleshie Amanfro  

ii. Interest on the said sum from June 2006 to date of final payment at the  prevailing commercial rate 

iii. Damages 

iv. Costs 

v. Legal fees 

vi. Any other reliefs that the honorable court may deem Just in the  circumstances 

Plaintiff alleges that sometime in June 2006 he bought two plots of land from  Defendant at a price of GH17, 700 

That prior to the said purchase the Defendant’s land which adjoins Plaintiffs four plots of land was under litigation, but defendant convinced the Plaintiff to pay for  the Defendant’s two plots on the understanding that the defendant or his  grantor/sister would refund Plaintiff’s money if he (Defendant) lost the case.
