MOHAMMED LAWAL GARBA, J.C.A.(Delivering the Lead Ruling):The Applicant prays that Court for the following orders on the face of the Motion on Notion filed on the 3rd December, 2015:

"1. AN ORDER extending the time within which the Appellant/Applicant ("Applicant") may seek leave to appeal as a party interested in the matter against the judgment of the Honourable Justice I. N. Buba, of the Federal High Court, Lagos Division, delivered on 23/06/2015, in SUIT NO. FHC/L/CP/922/2011 JOHN WILLIAN DONG V. JND PROJECTS LIMITED by which judgment the learned trial judge made negative and highly damaging indictment and prejudicial pronouncements against the person of the Appellant, in the practice of his profession as a Legal Practitioner, the Appellant not being a party to the suit then pending before Honourable judge, without the said Court ordering the joinder of the Appellant or affording him a hearing in the matter.
