MOHAMMED, JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment) : This is an interlocutory appeal against the ruling of the Anambra State High Court of Justice sitting at Onitsha, delivered by Chidozie Olike, J. on 23-9-93. The respondent who was the plaintiff at the court below in a representative capacitysued the appellants as defendants also in representative capacity and claimed in paragraph 18 of his statement of claim dated 16-12-81, the following reliefs:- “18.
