Judgement

UWABUNKEONYE ONWOSI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State, sitting at Ikeja Judicial Division and delivered by HONOURABLE JUSTICE R. A. OSHODI on the 17th day of April, 2024 in Suit No: ID/19939C/2022. The Court bellow found the Appellant (Defendant at the lower) guilty, convicted and sentenced him accordingly.

Dissatisfied with the decision of the Trial Court, the Appellant filed an Amended Notice of Appeal on the 28th of August 2024, setting out twenty (20) grounds of appeal.

RELEVANT FACTS

The Appellant was arraigned under a two-count information that charged him with possessing fraudulent documents. In count one, the prosecution accuses him of having documents in which he falsely presented to be Kyle Luckanavage. Count two accused him of having documents pretending to be Maryland A. Wright.
