(Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Appellant, TAMBAYA ORI was arraigned before the High Court of Ogun State sitting at Abeokuta on a three count charge of conspiracy to commit Armed Robbery contrary to Section 6(b) and Armed Robbery contrary to Section 2(2) (a) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act (Cap R11) Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
