MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM SIRAJO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a Notice of Motion dated and filed 21st March, 2025, the Applicants prayed for six (6) principal reliefs and an omnibus relief, couched thus:

  1. An ORDER for extension of time within which the Applicants may apply for leave to appeal against the ruling of the Rivers State High Court delivered by Hon. Justice A. M. Oriye on 20/2/2025 in Suit No: IHC/109/CS/2023: Chief Stephen Orji & Ors vs. Elder Emmanuel Okachi & Ors.

  2. AN ORDER of this Court granting leave to the Applicants to appeal against the ruling of the Rivers State High Court delivered by Hon. Justice A. M. Oriye on20/2/2025, in Suit Number: IHC/109/CS/2023: Chief Stephen Orji & Ors. vs. Elder Emmanuel Okachi & Ors.
