JUDGMENT
DEKYEM, J.
Applicants moved motion praying for an order to cite Respondent for contempt of court per the grounds set out in the accompanying affidavit. Applicants are the Plaintiffs in suit no. BC/179/2015 and Respondent is the 6th Defendant therein. Applicants obtained various Degrees at the Atlantic International University in Hawaii. It is averred that, 1st Defendant by letter headed “without prejudice” dated 25th August, 2014 denied the evaluation and authentication of Applicant’s credentials and titles and purported to strip off their Degrees and titles on ground that the Atlantic International University in Hawaii is not accredited.
The grounds as set out in the affidavit in support are that, Respondent never respected the court and for which reason, he never appeared before the court in person.
