OYEBISI F. OMOLEYE, J.C.A (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the decision of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja as contained in the judgment of A. M. Taiba J. delivered on 30/5/06. The Respondent was the plaintiff in the trial Court, wherein the learned trial Judge upheld the claim of the plaintiff against the Appellant who was the defendant in that Court.
Being dissatisfied with the said judgment, the Appellant initiated this appeal vide the notice and grounds of appeal containing five grounds of appeal dated 12/7/06 and filed on the same date within the time permitted the Appellant by the rules of this Court to file an appeal.
