Mr IT Inamdar, a senior partner in the firm of Inamdar and Inamdar Advocates, was instructed by Kenya Posts and Telecommunications Corporation before the same corporation was demerged by the Postal Corporation Act 1998, to act for it as a lead counsel in an application in HCCC No 822 of 1996 at Nairobi.
