PRESENTATION NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL & ORS V. OSAFU COURAGE OGBEBOR

MUDASHIRU NASIRU ONIYANGI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of Edo State High Court sitting in Benin in Suit number B/541/2008 delivered on 14th day of October, 2011 wherein the learned trial judge entered judgment in favour of the Respondent and against the Appellants.

The fact of this case as succinctly put by the learned senior counsel representing the Respondent and consequent upon my careful reading of the pleadings by both parties before the trial Court and the evidence adduced therein, I find the facts as concisely put by the learned senior counsel representing the Respondent adequately stating what lead to the institution of the action by the Respondent before the trial Court.
