Judgement

PAUL AHMED BASSI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By an application filed on the 14th of July 2021, the Applicant here filed a motion seeking the following orders:

  1. An Order of Court extending the time within which the Applicant herein may seek leave to appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State delivered per the Honourable Justice T.A.O. Oyekan-Abdullahi on 20/6/18 in Suit No: LD/1920/1998-Norwood Nigeria Limited Vs Vice Chancellor, University of Lagos & Ors as an interested party.

  2. An Order of Court granting the Applicant herein leave to Appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State delivered per the Honourable Justice T.A.O.Oyekan-Abdullahi on 20/6/18 in Suit No: LD/1920/1998-Norwood Nigeria Limited Vs Vice Chancellor, University of Lagos & Ors as an interested party.
