Judgement

ABUBAKAR DATTI YAHAYA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicants filed a motion on the 28/5/2015, praying this Court for enlargement of time within which to seek leave of this Court to Appeal the decision/judgment of the National Industrial Court, delivered on 21/1/2014 in Suit No NICN/ABJ/23/12 between DR. BASHIR GWANDU V. PRESIDENT, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA and ATTORNEY-GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION; leave to appeal the said decision and extension of time within which the applicant may appeal the said decision.

The applicants were served on the 2/11/2015 with Hearing Notice against today. They are absent and have not furnished the Court with any excuse. The said motion is therefore hereby struck out for lack of diligence in prosecuting it. All the processes filed on a consequence of the said motion are also therefore hereby struck out.
