J U D G M E N T
The plaintiffs claim against the defendant the following reliefs:
i. An eviction order against the defendant from House No. WL 369/1, Kasoa (forming part of the estate of the late William Appiaenim Appiah).
ii. A declaration that the said house belongs to the estate of the late William Appiaenim Appiah.
iii. An order directed at the defendant to pay to the estate GH¢3,000.00 as cost of legal fees in defending the action against the burial ceremony.
iv. An order for recovery of possession in favour of the administrators for the interest of the beneficiaries (children).
v. An order directing the administrators to manage the disputed property and lease same for the best interest of the beneficiaries.
vi. Costs of legal fees. vii. General Damages. viii. Costs. ix. Any other reliefs that the court may deem fit in the circumstances.
